Every site is individually custom designed. No templates are ever used. All sites are priced on a flat-fee basis,
quotes based on the original discussion of the project. Each website also includes maintenance for additional enhance-
ments or updates for a period of one month. I can manage your site content for you for $50 a month or $300 per year
pre-paid. This includes all text changes and minor graphics changes. Prices start at $300 for 5 pages. You may get a
price quote here.
I prefer that any customer supplied graphic images or photographs images be in .png or .jpg format. Textual content
should be provided in it's final form. I am not responsible for editing your page content.
A typical site will take 2 weeks to complete after receipt of text files and graphics from the customer.
Although I design and build websites, I am not a host provider. However I can provide links to various hosting and
domain services that I have used successfully in the past that will fit a full range of budgets.
